Account Type by Salesman and Category Type

For every Account, this report lists the Number of Units, Total Sales Dollars, and the Percent Change in each over a three year period. The user is able to choose the Product Line, the Product Category Type, and the Salesperson from pull-down menus to change the information displayed in the report.
